Nice Offers commissions?

I have gotten emails saying, that 4 Merchants have registered with Nice Offers, uising my ID#, but it is not showing up in my SVP. Will I still receive a commision, for this, or what I'm I doing wrong?

Congratulations! :Super: Nice Job in signing up 4 Merchants. Unfortunately you won't receive any SVP or commissions until someone uses a coupon that one of your merchants puts on Nice Offers.

More clearly:
If you refer a customer to a merchant you signed up, you will receive the SVP for referring the customer and commission for referring the customer and additional commission for referring the merchant.

If someone else refers a customer to one of your merchants, you will only receive commissions for referring the merchant.
