Business card question?

I have a queston about business cards. I am planning on ordering cards (free from Vista Point, thanks to another affiliates post.) When I went to make out my card I realized I was not sure what I was permitted to put on it. I read the rules and policies and I think I have a almost clear idea but I want to know for sure so I do not violate any policies.

I understand I can use the SFI logo. Is that correct? and if so do I have to duplicate it exactly or can I just have SFI on my card.

As far as my business name do I use SFI marketing group or am I suppose to have my own company name.

I want to put SFI Marketing Group as company name and my personal info i.e. phone #, URL's, products etc, below that. Is this allowed?

And is it also allowed on flyers.

I hope someone can answer this soon as I am so anxious to get started passing cards and flyers out.

You can use the SFI name, but you must specify that you are an affiliate.

"SFI Marketing Group Independent Affiliate" is one particularly good phrasing.

(Don't claim or appear to be an official or employee of SFI.)

For any ads, including business cards, the rules boil down to these:

1) Do not advertise untruthfully
2) Do advertise in a professional manner
3) Do not link to vulgar or indiscrete websites
4) Do promote Six Figure Income
5) Do not make statements that insinuate a guarantee of income

Because a business card is pretty much just a headline rather than an ad, we are free to write what we choose, within those guidelines.

The SFI logo should be acceptable as long as you make it clear that you are an independent affiliate.

Look over the headline type text that is listed for wearables in the SFI Affiliate Resource Center Marketing Aids area in addition to the text ads themselves. There are even more ideas here on the DBoard.

SFI reserves all rights in or to its trademarks and servicemarks but may be used by Affiliates in accordance with The Affiliate Agreement. Affiliates may in no way display an SFI logo, image, or trademark which may be distasteful, defame, or misrepresent.....

and of course you are not going to use it in any distasteful way....

I would suggest you use your own company name ....but if you choose to use SFI Marketing Group...on the card ....state..."Independent SFI Marketing Group Affiliate"

Get your own name out there....

I market a product to over a hundred stores...and as I go in to set up new stores....one of the main things the managers look at ...is what Company are they dealing with?.....they are dealing with you.....first of all....

your company is backed by a great company...SFI ...with it's great products....

but this is Your Business....

I use Vista Print as well....they're great!....

you can be creative...use information from some of the banners...to make an interesting card....

use information from some of the wearables to make an interesting card....

you can lead with the opportunity...or the products in trying to spark someone's interest in SFI.....

I'm personally having the most Success as for as folks "really" getting excited about what I have to offer....in introducing them to the Veriuni All-Purpose Cleaner!....

I was a card passing out maniac....ha...ha

One stylist needed her car ash tray cleaned from some spilled oil perfume which had harden to a sticky mess....so I cleaned her ash tray for her with ease....

The owner of the barber shop wanted his truck cleaned along with one of the stylist......I cleaned those 2 vehicles to an unbelievable shine.....

Before I could leave... Owner placed an order with me for a "gallon" of the Veriuni All-Purpose Cleaner...

I will be submitting all these orders this week ....

I'm never had so much fun and so little effort on my part to get folks excited about SFI and the products that they have to offer....

as you go out and do demonstrations...pass out your card....you will get orders!!

late yesterday evening...after cleaning those automobiles and cleaning those stylist mirrors and their barber chairs with the V.A.C......

I went to a friend's house....he was just about to mop his kitchen floor....perfect timing for me.....I got him set up with a bucket of water with 1/4 of a cup of the V.A.C......he loved the way it cleaned...

then we proceeded to clean and shine his range hood...and a burner on his stove that had some build-up on the top of the burner from daily use...

I had that burner ...looking new!...He remarked that it hadn't been that clean since the first day he brought the stove.....He was sold on the V.A.C!!!.....

lastly....I went to his bathroom and put a shine on his mirrors and his faucets...

he repeated over and over how he was convinced and that he had to have some...and ran to his computer....he was very excited,now....

for months prior to this demonstration...I had been telling him about the SFI Business Opportunity...casually,as often as I could....without getting any real excitment from him....he was always business with something else....

He wasn't to busy to get excited about the Veriuni All- Purpose Cleaner!

Well....I could go on and on about all the fun I'm having telling folks about the V.A.C....it's like Christmas Morning....when you see that gleam in their eyes!....
