Post Business Builder Bonuses BIGGER & BETTER!

NOTE: SFI has discontinued the Business Builder Bonus program as of January 1, 2007.
It has been replaced by Sponsorship Bonuses,
doubled Executive Match bonuses, for sponsoring multiple EAs in any one business month,
and Team Match bonuses for helping increase downline team activity and business for SFI.

SFI is excited to announce today an even bigger and better Business Builders (BB) bonus program!

Effective today, May 1st 2005, you can now earn up to $30 on every EA you sponsor, starting with the very first one each month!

We're also adding a whole new tier of BB bonuses to reward the development of leaders within your organization. Starting today, whenever one of your personally-sponsored affiliates becomes a Team Leader (or advances in Team Leader rank), you'll earn a bonus of up to $150.

Each rank advancement generates a new bonus. Hence, in total, you can now earn up to $420 in Business Builder Bonuses for each of your personally-sponsored affiliates!

The higher your own rank, the larger the bonuses you'll earn will be. Here are the exact numbers:

EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE BONUSES:

* If your own rank is EA, you earn $10 on each new EA
(or $15 each if 3 EAs or more in same month)

* If your own rank is BTL (Bronze Team Leader), you earn $15 on each new EA
(or $20 each if 3 EAs or more in same month)

* If your own rank is STL (Silver Team Leader), you earn $20 on each new EA
(or $25 each if 3 EAs or more in same month)

* If your own rank is GTL (Gold Team Leader), you earn $25 on each new EA
(or $30 each if 3 EAs or more in same month)

* If your own rank is PTL (Platinum Team Leader), you earn $30 on each new EA

TEAM LEADER BONUSES:

* If your own rank is EA, you earn...
...$20 on each new BTL
...$30 on each new STL
...$40 on each new GTL
...$50 on each new PTL

* If your own rank is BTL, you earn...
...$30 on each new BTL
...$40 on each new STL
...$60 on each new GTL
...$80 on each new PTL

* If your own rank is STL, you earn...
...$40 on each new BTL
...$50 on each new STL
...$70 on each new GTL
...$90 on each new PTL

* If your own rank is GTL, you earn...
...$50 on each new BTL
...$60 on each new STL
...$80 on each new GTL
...$100 on each new PTL

* If your own rank is PTL, you earn...
...$60 on each new BTL
...$80 on each new STL
...$100 on each new GTL
...$150 on each new PTL

CUMULATIVE BB BONUSES:

* If your own rank is EA, you can earn total bonuses of up to $155 per affiliate

* If your own rank is BTL, you can earn total bonuses of up to $230 per affiliate

* If your own rank is STL, you can earn total bonuses of up to $275 per affiliate

* If your own rank is GTL, you can earn total bonuses of up to $320 per affiliate

* If your own rank is PTL, you can earn total bonuses of up to $420 per affiliate

All Business Builder Bonuses are IN ADDITION TO all standard T-Net commissions, Dynamic Compression bonuses, Platinum Pool Bonuses, etc.

Please note: Business Builders is a special program that is tied to overall company performance. Hence, individual bonus amounts may be adjusted up or down during the year. Twelve percent of companywide sales (12% of all CV) fund the BB program.

There Is No Limits

There doesn't seem to be any limits to the inventiveness of Gery to add
value to affiliates. If we the affiliates were as aggressive in marketing the SFI program as Gery is in finding ways to reward affiliates SFI would be the most successful company on the planet. Clearly the challenge in on the affiliates to start producing. And I for one will start producing my share.

Do you see what I see? :Super:

Giving a gift certificate now will repay its cost immediately when it is used!

Now to try to figure out how much to give and to whom... :Koolaid:

Cumulative BB Bonuses

CUMULATIVE BB BONUSES:

* If your own rank is BTL, you can earn total bonuses of up to $230 per affiliate

* If your own rank is STL, you can earn total bonuses of up to $275 per affiliate

Gery, could you please explain how you get the total bonuses figure starting with the EA rank? I can't seem to figure it out how this come about.

Also if I may, is it possible to have a flat fee payout to make it worth to us to recruit new EA's? ( This sugestion comes from other affiliates ) Thank you.

Smile Cumulative BB Bonuses

Dear dalind

Here is how the cumulative Business Bonuses work as I understand it.

TEAM LEADER BONUSES:

* If your own rank is EA, you earn...
...$20 on each new BTL
...$30 on each new STL
...$40 on each new GTL
...$50 on each new PTL

If you total each bonus for each rank:
$20+$30+$40+$50=$140
plus initial bonus= ($10 or $15)

The total cumulative bonuses you can earn while an EA on each sponsored affiliate is between $150 and $155. Remember that the bonuses are paid as an affiliate progress in rank you will not receive a lum sum payment of $155.
I hope that helps.

OK. Let's say you're a STL.
You help one of your affiliates become an EA in May. You earn $20.
In June, you help him advance to BTL. You now earn a $40 bonus.
In July, you help him advance to STL. You now earn a $50 bonus.
In August, you help him advance to GTL. You now earn a $70 bonus.
In September, you help him advance to PTL. You now earn a $90 bonus.
Grand total Business Builder Bonusesl you've earned on this affiliate = $270
(would have been $275 if he was one of three or more EAs in May)

As for your second question...
Stating that you think there needs to be more to "make it worth it to recruit new EA's" tells me that you don't understand our compensation plan. Study the plan. Get yourself some books on network marketing. T-Net is an INCREDIBLY LUCRATIVE plan!

Gery thank you for your response on my first question. However, on the second question if you look again, closed by bracket, was asked by other affiliates and I was just adding it into my first question. As for me, I have studied and understand completely your compensation plan. If you said T-Net is INCREDIBLY LUCRATIVE plan then so be it! As long as non-EA's also understood it and not keep on opting out. Every month I am spending $52 dollars to keep my rank, and $300 or more on advertising campaign, so I am losing quite a bit. But, I am still hanging in there and hoping someday it will take off, if not then I will decide whether I stay or not. As SFI favorite philosophy goes or in that similar effect : There are so many fish on the ocean, so what Next!

When I first registered back in 2003, I have read that line and back then I was offended a little bit, but I wanted to see if your system works. For some, especially your "Top Dog" yes they are making a lot of money and for many others unfortunately they did not survived for one reason or another. Thank you.

Hi Gery,

I was wondering....I have been an EA since September 2002 with no breaks in-between. Do I qualify for the new bonuses as well? In my 'new affiliate notification' email I received today, it said I could earn up to $30 if my new affiliate becomes an EA. Can you clarify this for us 'old-timers' who were under the old comp plan and have remained an EA into this years' comp plan? Thank you.

Yes, of course, ALL EAs earn Business Builders Bonuses. Just as your notification mentioned, every time you help one of your affiliates become an EA, you'll earn a bonus.

The higher your rank, the larger your bonuses will be...up to $30 for each new EA you sponsor and up to $150 for developing a PTL.

Thank you Gery! This is really exciting. This should give non-EA's even more incentive to upgrade.

I have a small question to Gary Carson....

Do I earn higher commissions when I reach STL? I am not BTL and would like to know if it is better to help 2 and more of my team members to become BTL so that I can become STL or get more EA's?

See the charts at www.sfimg.com/TNet

We've also just added a new chart that compares the income of all the different ranks.
