Hopefully this letter will help you turn more Affiliates into Executive Affiliates and Team Leaders.

My recommendation: Use your personalized version of it (edit as you see fit) as your new affiliate greeting, and ensure each affiliate sees it regularly, as often as needed to get them to understand how SFI works.

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions and gave feedback.

I think we now have a top-notch EA encouragement letter!

Remember, place your personal version of the letter, unchanged except for your name at the top and the bottom, as your New Affiliate Greeting at the SFI Affiliate Center. Add below the letter whatever else you want to convey to newly sponsored affiliates to introduce them to SFI and to show them how it works to make them money.

Then modify the letter slightly to make it suitable for sending, at least weekly, to every affiliate in your downline who has not yet upgraded to Executive Affiliate.

I recommend doing this individually placing the person's name at the top, as in "Hi there, Brenda". But you can also use Contact Manager from Genealogy to send to your entire group, if you wish. You can also refer them to the thread link above here at the DBoard.

I have found in my teaching career that there is no need to reinvent the wheel and your letter is helping me to continue to avoid that with my new SFI business! I sent it out via my geaneology just this week!

One may use the DBoard search tool to find all of any board member's posts.

Any ebook would have to given free to SFI affiliates through the SFI system, not for profit, because I own the copyright to all my articles and SFI owns the distribution rights, policy since I'm both a DBoard Moderater and an affiliate of SFI.

I do very much appreciate your interest in my work, and I thank you for your extremely generous implied compliment! :-) But I can tell you now that, IMO, few of my posts, if any, are worthy of such elevation.
